Samples
We are happy to send samples of our products for return
It important that you contact me first before returning any samples.
However there is a $15.00 handling fee. This fee and any courier charges are non-refundable.
There is is NO CHARGE if you decide to keep the goods, you will receive a refund for the charge.
There is NO CHARGE if the goods are returned to us for for screen printing or embroidery. In this case we will deduct the charge from the final your invoice.
The $15.00 admin fee is to cover the cost to us of the following ..
Manually processing the order, creating credit notes and processing refunds etc.
The cost of adjusting stock records and returning the garments to stock
We cannot accept goods back after 14 days from delivery
Please ensure you return the goods in good time
Obviously garments must be returned in new condition, in the original box and in their original individual packaging if any.
Unfortunately we cannot accept garment back that have been warn or washed or have any odour as they are not re-sellable.
Please retain and return the packing slip to assist with our processingWARNING: DO NOT SEND GOODS BACK BY NEW ZEALAND POSTAL SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES TO THIS ADDRESS, USE A DOOR TO DOOR COURIER SERVICE OR REQUEST A TICKET AS ABOVE.
